I’m Michelle Osborn, founder of Homeschooling Teens Successfully and Yellow House Book Rental. I am a wife and mother of 4, now adult children, and 5 grandchildren.
I homeschooled all 4 of my children from birth through high school graduation. Add it all up and I homeschooled for a total of 22 years.
My high school homeschooling journey began when our oldest had just completed 8th grade. At that time I had to figure out what I was going to do for the next school year. High school had finally arrived, and I need to get serious.
I was determined that I was going to homeschool, no matter what, but I needed the confidence that I was doing it right. With each child, I gained more confidence.
Not only did each of our four children, make it through high school with flying colors, but the three that went on to college were, accepted to every college they applied, to and received several scholarships, and our youngest went to a trade school.

All of our children were exceptional students homeschooling helped them adjust to life better than many of their public-school counterparts, and each of our children and are now successful adults in their lives and careers. It is an amazing feeling to know that we reached our goal with flying colors.
Now it is my mission to help moms discover the tools and resources they need and gain confidence in successfully homeschooling their teen(s).I've been there. I remember lying in bed and wondering if I was doing it right. How would I know if I was? Who could I turn to for help?
